    GROW by We ABLE

Under the theme of ‘Beyond Assumptions: Growth without Limits’. Zain invites recent graduates  with disabilities to apply for GROW, a 3-month training program of redefining opportunities, a key initiative of WE ABLE.

    Why GROW?

According to the United Nations, persons with disabilities are significantly less likely to be employed than their peers without disabilities. Statistics indicate they are up to five times less likely to access training and employment opportunities.

To bridge this gap, GROW offers:

    • Equitable access to training and internship opportunities at Zain premises.
    • Trainees will be mentored on disability confidence by fellow Zainers with disabilities, ensuring a journey of mutual growth and authentic advocacy.

    What You Will Gain

GROW offers a transformative experience. By joining GROW, you will gain:

    • Professional Growth: Immersion in a professional setting that challenges you to grow, adapt, and excel.
    • Advocacy Skills: The tools and confidence to become a disability advocate and lead with your identity.
    • Accessibility Expertise: A comprehensive understanding of accessibility principles and international standards.
    • Future-Ready Skills: Exposure to critical business areas including Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Leadership skills, and more.
    • Certification: A certificate upon completion to recognize your achievement and strengthen your CV.
